I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Laboratory for Imaging Science Research (LaISR) at Tufts University where my advisor is Professor Eric Miller. My research focuses on computer vision methods for medical imaging. As part of my Ph.D. thesis, I am researching implicit deformable models and statistical graphical models for image segmentation. Since September 2008, I have also been a researcher at the Center for Brain Science at Harvard University where I currently work with Professors Hanspeter Pfister and Jeff Lichtman on The Connectome Project.
