Update! As of September 2019, I will start as an Assistant Professor in the Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth College.

Until then, I will continue as a postdoctoral scholar at the University of Oregon working with Alan Rempel on the effects of freezing subglacial sediments on glacier sliding.

Biographical information: In July 2017, I finished a PhD in applied math at Harvard on the mechanics of glacier hydrology with Jim Rice. While at Harvard I also raced bicycles with Harvard Cycling. In 2013, I completed Part III of the Mathematical Tripos at the University of Cambridge on a Churchill Scholarship and rowed for the Churchill College Boat Club. In 2012, I graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and rowed with the Cal Lightweights.
