About
I am a graduate student in applied mathematics at Harvard University. I work on mathematical problems in machine learning, stochastic optimization, and Bayesian statistics. I received a B.S. in mathematics from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and an Sc.M. in applied mathematics from Brown University. I also spent time working at MIT Lincoln Laboratory.
Lately I have been thinking about Restricted Boltzmann Machines, the maximum entropy principle, and Aumann's Agreement Theorem as well as notions of probabilistic pre-priors.
