Total Frequency Allocation = 25 MHz

In each allocated area there two providers or "systems" -- viz. system A, a non-wireline provider and system B, the local wireline provider.

The frequency allocation is divided into 832 frequency pairs (416 per system) with  a 30 kHz channel spacing:
