NPN-BJT Principle (I)
The charge transport in the BJT consists of an electron and a hole component.
Electron current from the highly doped emitter (N) to the lightly doped base (P)
Hole current in the opposite direction
Hole current is much smaller than the electron current due to the different doping concentrations
