The dependence of the collector current on the collector-emitter voltage is included in the simplified mathematical model for the forward-active region of the BJT
(bF0 represents the value of bF extrapolated to VCE=0)
The collector current and the current gain have the same dependence on vCE, but the base current remains independent of vCE
