(Under Construction): I work in Semiconductor Electronics, and these days spend most of my time coming up with novel ways to measure the electronic properties of ErAs nanoparticles embedded in either InGaAs/InP or GaAs. In the past I've also dabbled in spintronics and photon up-conversion in semiconductor devices.
