- Served a two year proselyting mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Bahia Blanca, Argentina. Supported myself financially while I worked non-profit to volunteer community service, teach English and preach about Jesus Christ.
- Engineering Ambassador for the College of Engineering of the University of Utah. Chosen from over 200 applicants to be one of twelve ambassadors. Performed OUTREACH activities and demonstrations to local high schools, junior highs and elementary schools, gave tours of labs and facilities, gave presentations for MESA and STEP regional meetings in Utah.
