State the problem:
Use a bootstrap and MCMC to estimate the biogenic flux of CO2, hour-by-hour and over the day.

1. Enumerate the steps to compute the hourly mean concentration in each altitude block, includind 
accounting for biomass influence on CO2 via CO effect.

a. Find the mean concentration at each level for each hour.
b. Find the mean contribution of CO-correlated CO2 at each level for each hour.

c. Sum up all of the levels (Pressure weighted!) for each hour.

d. Subtract the total column mean OR the concentration above 2700 m.

e. Compute the desired fluxes.

2. Consider how to use the bootstrap or simulation approach to estimate the uncertainties in the above.
